Every Craig coaching programme is individually designed to meet your own exercise and nutritional needs and goals and delivered through "virtual" coaching and "in-person" instruction.
What is It?
12 Weeks to Vibrant Health is an exclusive exercise, nutrition and lifestyle programme aimed at individuals who desire ultimate control of their health. It encompasses one exercise session per week plus a complete lifestyle intervention with ultra-experienced lifestyle expert, Ian Craig. The programme will start with a comprehensive fitness assessment, nutritional evaluation and goal-setting exercise and each week you will be given educational exercises aimed to extend your knowledge about all aspects of your health. Meanwhile, your fitness will be progressing with your weekly 1-on-1 training sessions plus a bespoke home programme that is monitored by an online coaching and support system. Your body composition will be checked and eating patterns adjusted at very regular intervals during your 12-weeks of self-discovery.
For whom?
12 Weeks to Vibrant Health is aimed at any individual motivated sufficiently to take complete control of his or her health. Whether you are overweight and very out of shape, a stressed executive, an elite athlete looking for their competitive edge or just somebody who is looking for a new health and fitness challenge, this programme is for you.
Why 12 weeks?
12 weeks or approximately 3 months, is a great time frame to achieve quite considerable improvements in health and fitness. Changes in body weight, body fat, strength, endurance, speed and most health attributes, can be measured in this time period. This programme commences at the end of the winter period when most people are looking to become more active and finishes just before the summer holidays, when you are most likely to want to be in your best shape. Another opportunity to join the programme will also be available in the New Year.
Why is this Unique?
Why should you come and participate in this programme and not simply go to your local Personal Trainer? 12 Weeks to Vibrant Health is an extremely comprehensive programme that integrates not only exercise, but nutrition and psychology. You will also be supervised outside of your weekly gym time-slots. The programme is run by an extremely experienced exercise physiologist, nutritional therapist, coach and endurance athlete. He built his profession during years of working with individuals in London with very stressful lifestyles.
