Every Craig coaching programme is individually designed to meet your own exercise and nutritional needs and goals and delivered through "virtual" coaching and "in-person" instruction.
Exercise Physiologist, Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Nutritional Therapist, Ian Craig is available for consultation and training in Cape Town, Stellenbosch and in the UK during annual trips. Depending on your goals, he can guide you through a personal training programme and support your health and performance needs with nutritional strategies.
After an initial consultation and assessment of current fitness, you will have a training plan periodised for you based on your personal goals. The training sessions typically comprise of some balance of the following components:
