On-line Training

This form of training is becoming increasingly popular with sports people who don’t have the time or opportunity to travel for coaching advice. It can literally be done from anywhere in the world. Your virtual coaching experience is administered via a sophisticated piece of Software know as Training Peaks (link to Training Peaks web tour), allowing your coach to write training programmes directly into your personal calendar, which will be emailed to you on a daily basis.

Exercise Coaching

Whether you are an elite triathlete or a recreational gym-goer, we can devise a bespoke training programme for you. Factors such as exercise/sporting history, current training & fitness levels and long & short-term goals will be initially considered and a periodised plan put together (Initial Set-up). A 4-week training regime will then be devised with these factors in mind and updated each 4-week period. There is plenty of opportunity to interact with your coach via the online interface, email and phone within this personalised process. Included in the programme are:

  • Instructions on how to carry out a Heart Rate Threshold test if applicable
  • A personalised training programme updated every 4 weeks
  • Full access to our advanced online interface with your own personal login
  • A 30 minute initial consultation, either in person or by phone, to discuss your needs and goals
  • Daily emails, outlining the day's session
  • 1 monthly phone call with your coach for 15 minutes
  • 5 emails to your coach per month

Monthly Fees – R500

Nutrition Coaching

Whether your goal is to lose 10kgs or to get your feeding strategies correct for next year’s Epic, we can devise a bespoke nutritional programme for you. Factors such as your health history, current eating patterns, along with your long and short-term goals will be initially considered. A 4-week dietary regime will then be devised with these factors in mind and updated every 4 weeks. There is plenty of opportunity to interact with your coach via the online interface, email and phone within this personalised process. Included in the programme are:

  • A personalised eating programme updated every 4 weeks
  • Full access to our advanced online interface with your own personal login
  • A 30 minute initial consultation, either in person or by phone, to discuss your needs and goals
  • Daily emails, outlining the day's meals
  • 1 monthly phone call with your coach for 15 minutes
  • 5 emails to your coach per month
  • There will be periods of time when your coach sets your meals and periods when you take the lead with your coach supervising
